The public discussion as part of Lara Badurina’s project Work in Progress? deals with issues of responsibility of art and educational institutions, galleries, as well as independant organizations and curators in promotion of artists, with the awareness that all protagonists of the existing cultural chain within new research-based contemporary art praxis, would benefit from focusing on the international cultural space.
The discussion touches upon the problem of absence of institutional actions and articulate marketing initiatives as back-up to the art productions, which would be recognized and supported on the national level.
